Later in jam season I decided to experiment with citrus flavors. These are all delightful and use the citrus in a jam context rather than a marmalade recipe. These means chunks of fruit and no rind. All delicious!

Making jam is another creative outlet for me. I am always thinking of how different flavors might combine to compliment each other in fun and new ways. Seeking to use as many fresh ingredients as possible, my herb garden came in to play in my jam! Spices quickly followed.
Peaches and almonds always pair well together. I decided Amaretto would be the perfect way to get that almond flavor into Peach jam. Yum!

Pick three flavors in the 4-ounce or 8-ounce jar size and package them together for a sample pack. Save $1 and enjoy more flavors!
I lost my sister Kirsten to colon cancer in 2018. She was the first person I ever made jam with. Neither of us had made jam before - so we took a bunch of grandma’s strawberries and put them in a huge pot. Little did we know it would take forever for them to reach the right temperature because we had way too much! (I later learned that small batches were the way to go). But we had fun and l will always treasure that memory.
To honor her, when a jar of any of those flavors is sold, $1 will be donated to the Minnesota Colorectal Cancer Research Foundation.
